A Rainbow of Coach and Four Soda Labels from 1960s Philadelphia

This is a combo set of vintage Coach and Four soda bottle labels, produced by the Coach and Four Products Company of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in the 1960s. Each label measures a compact 3 1/2" x 2 1/2" and shares the brand's signature stagecoach-and-four-horses silhouette, printed across a run of different flavor colorways — black, yellow, pink, red, green, blue, and orange bands, covering flavors like Sarsaparilla and Black Raspberry among others in the line.

Coach and Four built its identity the way a lot of regional Philadelphia-area sodas did in the mid-20th century: a strong, repeatable brand mark (that stagecoach silhouette) applied consistently across a whole family of flavors, so a shopper could recognize the brand at a glance regardless of which flavor they reached for. That's exactly what this combo set shows off — the same bold coach-and-horses graphic, printed in a different bold color for each flavor in the lineup.

This set is a great way to see the full range of the Coach and Four color story in one place, rather than piecing it together one label at a time. It works well displayed together as a grid or collage — the repeating stagecoach silhouette across different color bands makes for a striking, cohesive wall piece — or split up individually to anchor a broader vintage Philadelphia soda or regional Americana collection.
